3. Real Estate Listings

Properties listed for rent or sale are provided for information and inquiry purposes. Listing details, availability, pricing, and viewing arrangements may change without notice until confirmed in writing.

Submitting an inquiry does not create a rental or purchase agreement. Any transaction is subject to separate agreement between the parties involved.

4. Owner Responsibilities

Property owners and hosts who submit listings agree to provide accurate descriptions, photos, pricing, and availability. You must keep listing information up to date and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.

You are responsible for compliance with applicable property, rental, and sales laws. The platform may review, edit, suspend, or remove listings that are inaccurate, incomplete, or violate these terms.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Short-term stays: Cancellation and modification policies vary by room, hotel, and booking dates. Fees, deposits, and refund eligibility are shown before confirmation where applicable.

Rental properties: Inquiries and viewing requests can be withdrawn before an agreement is signed. Refunds or holding fees for rental applications depend on the terms agreed with the owner or agent.

Properties for sale: Sale inquiries do not guarantee availability or price. Deposits, refunds, and cancellation terms for a purchase are governed by the sale agreement between buyer and seller.

6. Privacy Policy

We collect and use personal data such as name, contact details, booking information, and inquiry messages to provide our services, process requests, and communicate with you.

Data is used for account management, booking and listing support, payment processing, and service improvement. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

You may request access to or correction of your personal data by contacting us through the Help Center or contact page. We retain data only as long as needed for operational and legal purposes.

7. Payment Terms

Accepted payment methods may include cash, card, bank transfer, and mobile money as shown at checkout or on your invoice. Prices, taxes, and fees are displayed before you confirm a booking where applicable.

Payment for short-term stays is due according to the booking confirmation. Real estate inquiries may not require immediate payment; any deposit or fee will be communicated before you pay.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Disputes arising from use of this website or its services shall be subject to the courts of Zanzibar, Tanzania, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
